Parish Name Submission Information
Thank you so much for taking the time to help guide our parish community towards God’s Will. We will be submitting five male Saint’s names and five female Saint’s names to the diocese for Bishop Walkowiak to discern from. Please prayerfully consider what your recommendation for our overarching parish name for our community should be. A few guidelines to note:
- The new name will not be one of the existing church names
- Only one submission per parishioner
- All submissions are due October 18th, 2026
- All the names submitted to the diocese will be based off of quantity of submissions, adherence to the guidelines, and prayer, so every individual will be equally heard, and members of one church will be favored over another
- Every submission must include your name, the proposed parish name, and no more than 4 sentences of why you believe the parish should take on this name.
