Our Cluster Youth Ministry is for you!
Join a group of young people seeking to love the Lord Jesus and grow in fellowship by living out the Catholic faith. Whether you are new to the Church, Catholic your whole life, or neither, you are welcome and wanted.
We meet weekly during the school year for Encounter on Tuesdays, 6:30 to 8:00 pm at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Each week the teens grow in prayer and fellowship through a variety of activities both spiritually nourishing and socially uplifting. Annual events include the following:
- March for Life, national and state levels
- Summer hiking/camping trip
- Spring pilgrimage to Chicago for a Cub’s game and church tours
- Advent retreat with other youth ministries in the diocese
The youth are involved in other parish-wide events like the Knights of Columbus pancake breakfast, the solemn closing of Eucharistic Days, the parish picnic, and more.
